Contemporary dining sophistication
Our client’s ambition, to create a first-class dining destination for local people and visitors in the heart of Georgia’s capital, was the starting point for our concept. The restaurant was to be housed in an elegant 20th Century building from which we took our cues in designing an aspirational space akin to the grand dining halls of central Europe. In a nod to Tblisi’s tradition of ironwork, screens, luminaires and furniture details are in a modern brass design; other finishes include Calacatta marble and elegant, pared-back plasterwork.
