All day dining with a difference
As part of our scheme for this modern lifestyle hotel we designed the all day dining restaurant. It was located in a basement space which flowed from music recording studios, a café and a record shop. So here, in a city synonymous with a great music scene, hotel patrons were as likely to be rubbing shoulders with up-and-coming rock stars as fellow hotel guests.
